I was reflecting on the healing and awakening journey the moment when you feel like your whole world has cracked open and falling apart. Only to realize that the “cracking open” was exactly what our mind/life needed. In order to release old conditionings outdated thoughts and toxic patterns that weren’t really helping us achieve true inner peace, joy and self love. When we crack open it allows for powerful mental, emotional and spiritual shifts to happen and rewire our subconscious programing for a healthier more productive way of living.


I really enjoy creating pieces that feel organic and with and ancient archeological dig vibe to them. Like you just found these pieces from an undiscovered site of artifacts from the old world.

I use some for specific meditative purposes. I create my sacred space a little shrine or alter set up to serve as a mediation tool. Sometimes I just add what feels right, in the moment, little crystals, candles, incense and shiny objects that caught my attention. Much like making sand mandalas. The creation of your sacred space is a meditative and calming process. When I’m finished sometimes, I write down positive affirmations onto bay leaves and leave them in the bowls. To pick from another day if I need a personal motivational boost.
